The St. Mary’s Court project is Antigua and Barbuda’s first internationally-branded hotel development. Since work launched in 2015, it has been the first project of its kind to break ground.

In late 2016 along Antigua’s desirable southwest coast, construction began on the cornerstone of this pivotal project: a 4-star, 5-floor, 123-room Best Western Premier- branded Hotel.

This Best Western Premier Hotel will provide the quality service for which the brand is known worldwide and be professionally managed by Trust Hospitality as a unique investment property, servicing both tourists and business travelers while delivering investors a healthy return.

As this development is officially endorsed by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda’s Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP), investors have the added attraction of qualifying for citizenship should they meet the criteria.

Completion of the project is set for October 2018.
