• Passport or identity card
• Last imposition opinion
• Mandate duly completed and signed
• Job offer submitted to the public employment service
• Document attesting to the closing of the offer and the absence of a candidate
• Proof of compliance with regulatory conditions of practice
• Certificate of prior declaration of secondment
• A currently valid passport issued within the last 10 years and valid for at least three months after the visa expiry date
• Three recent standardized passport photos
• Evidence that the applicant personally runs a company or has a stake of at least 30% in a company they run
• Documents demonstrating the creation or protection of, or a commitment to create or protect, jobs within four years following the investment in France
• Proof that the applicant has invested directly, or has committed to invest directly
